• Our Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover scratches, physical misuse, accidents, loss, theft, or unauthorized modifications.
Return and Refund Rules
• Our Condition: To qualify for a refund, products must be returned to us in a completely re-sellable condition.
• Reporting To Us: We require order delivery issues or specific claims to be reported promptly via email with photo evidence.
Loyalty Program Terms
• Our Eligibility: Our Optica Eye Rewards program is available exclusively to our cash and private paying clients.
