• Strictly 18+: Entry to the lounge area during evening party hours and the purchase of alcohol is exclusively limited to adults.
• ID Requirements: Patrons may be asked to present a valid National ID or Passport at the gate or bar counter to verify their age.
2. Entry and Cover Charges
• Free Walk-Ins: On regular operational days and standard themed nights, there is generally no entry fee to access the restaurant, bar, or lounge area.
• Special Event Tickets: Cover charges or mandatory ticket purchases only apply during major calendar events, exclusive concerts, or when high-profile guest artists or national DJs are hosting the night.
3. Payment Terms
• M-Pesa Preferred: In line with local business standards, the venue heavily relies on M-Pesa Paybill / Buy Goods options for rapid and secure billing. Cash and major debit/credit cards are also accepted.
• Pay on Order: Drinks and food items served in the high-traffic lounge or open-grill areas are typically billed immediately upon service to maintain order verification.
4. Dress Code & Admission Rights

5. Outside Food & Beverages
• Strict Prohibition: Bringing outside alcoholic drinks, beverages, or cooked food items into the restaurant or lounge compound is strictly prohibited. All refreshments must be purchased directly from the Vault’s internal kitchen, grill, or bar counters.
