🚗 Deliveries and Takeaways
• Delivery Fees: We deliver anywhere within Kakamega town for a small extra delivery fee based on your exact location.
• No Returns on Food: Because we serve fresh food, we cannot accept returns or give refunds once an order has been correctly prepared and delivered to you.
🍽️ Reservations and Events
• Booking in Advance: You can book tables for large groups or family events ahead of time, but we ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Deposits: For very large groups, private meetings, or custom catering events, we may ask for a deposit payment to secure your space and food order

• Halal Policy: We are a strict Halal establishment. No outside alcohol, pork products, or illegal substances are allowed on our premises
• Outside Food: To ensure health and safety, we do not allow guests to bring outside food or drinks into the cafe, except for pre-approved birthday cakes.
