Pickup and Delivery is available within Kakamega. Book via call/WhatsApp: 0704568516. Please book at least 4 hours in advance.
2. Payment
Payment is made upon delivery. For bulk orders, deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
3. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours. Express same-day service is available on request.
4. Care of Items
We handle all items with the utmost care. Please declare any delicate, valuable, or stained items when booking. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or color bleeding that was not declared.
5. Quality Check
Please check your laundry upon delivery. Any concerns regarding missing items should be reported within 24 hours.
