Delivery: Free within Kakamega town. Outside town via courier at customer's cost.
Warranty: 6 months on new phones and laptops. 30 days on repairs and accessories.
Returns: Faulty items accepted within 7 days with receipt. No returns on software services.
Repairs: Diagnosis is free. Repairs completed within 24-48 hours depending on parts.
